This may cause delays in other flights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Other flights\u2019 delay<\/strong>:-If one plane is delayed the connecting flights are also delayed; the effect being referred to as \u201cknock on\u201d effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Crew problems<\/strong>:-The crew must be rescheduled &#8211; if there\u2019s a strike, a walkout, traffic problems, storms, or any other reason the crew doesn\u2019t show up, they must find new crew.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Security measures<\/strong>:-If there is the potential for bodily harm, or there is a national or international security issue, air traffic control and the flight authority in the country you\u2019re in;maylead to delay or cancel flights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Air Traffic Control (ATC):-<\/strong>ATC must place the plane in the \u201ctake-off queue\u201d with all other planes. In cases of weather or congestion, the arrival airport also may have to approve the departure from a \u201cqueue\u201d of all planes from certain areas with that destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recently, some delays have been taking place due to checking of temperatures, covid19 certificates, etc. before boarding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessflightshop.co.uk\/first-class-flights-to-new-york-usa\"><strong>1<sup>st<\/sup> class flights to New York<\/strong><\/a>(for example).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Departures happen on time, most of the time.
